Rick Cremen

With more than 15 years of coaching and player development experience, Rick Cremen has helped athletes compete at every stage of the game—from youth lacrosse to the NCAA level. His background includes collegiate position coaching, recruiting coordination, strength and conditioning, national showcases, and elite travel programs.

Rick founded Project Blue Print on a simple belief: talent may open the door, but purposeful training separates good players from impact players. His approach develops complete athletes through elite fundamentals, game IQ, confident decision-making under pressure, and habits that translate directly to game performance. Every session is built with intention, giving players a clear roadmap for lasting development—not simply another set of drills.

His mission is to help athletes become more than skilled lacrosse players. He develops confident competitors, accountable teammates, and leaders on and off the field.
