"Training should be fun—but it should never be easy. Every session should challenge you. You should leave having broken a sweat, sharpened your skills, learned something new, and found growth in your game. Every drill has a purpose, every rep has intention, and every athlete should leave more prepared than when they arrived.
There are no cheat codes in life, and there are no cheat codes in lacrosse. My job is to help every athlete build an individualized blueprint for success—one that reflects who they are, where they want to go, and what they're willing to do to get there. Together, we identify their goals, create a plan built around their unique strengths, and challenge them to raise the standard every step of the way.
The goal isn't just to become a better lacrosse player; it's to develop the discipline, resilience, confidence, and leadership skills that will serve them long after the final whistle. When athletes become comfortable being uncomfortable, confidence follows, performance improves, and growth becomes a habit. Coaching both sides of the ball isn't a responsibility—it's a passion, because complete players become complete teammates. The lessons learned through lacrosse should prepare you for life, not just the next game."
Train with intention. Every drill, every rep, and every session should have a purpose.
Become comfortable being uncomfortable. Growth happens when you embrace challenges.
Take responsibility for your effort, attitude, and development. Success starts with accountability.
Trust the process. Great athletes aren't built overnight—they're built one day at a time.
Give your best every day. Talent may open the door, but effort determines how far you go.
Confidence isn't given—it's earned through preparation, repetition, and hard work.
Great teammates make great teams. Lift others up, communicate, and lead by example.
Believe in yourself before anyone else does.
Lead through your actions, your work ethic, and the example you set every day.
Understand the game, train both sides of the ball, and never stop learning.
Preparation means nothing without execution. Perform with confidence when it matters most.
Success is earned long before game day. Preparation creates opportunity.
Respect your teammates, your coaches, your opponents, and the game itself.
Strive to become better every day—physically, mentally, and as a person.
Raise your standard. Continue setting new goals and chasing the next level.
Become more than a great lacrosse player. Become a confident leader, a resilient competitor, and a person prepared for success in life.
